Have a 36 year old outdoor wooden stairway, leaving the back of my house with a 4 x 3 ft landing, then making a 90 turn and going down along the house, one level, to my back yard. The landing starting sinking on the far side and pulling away from the house and was causing the steps to start leaning to one side as well. I was afraid to use the stairs. Mike Moser gave me a reasonable bid to replace the 4 x 4 uprights with 6 x 6 uprights, install new ceramic footers, jack up and level the sinking landing and add additional support for both the landing and existing stairs. They were able to fit me in within several weeks before Christmas. I was thrilled. 3 men showed up on Dec. 23rd at 7:30 am (early because traffic was light) and completed the job by lunchtime. The landing looks great and is much stronger than it was originally. I highly recommend Moser Construction and will contact them again for additional work.

Moser Construction did a great job building a loft in my pole barn. They performed the job exactly as quoted and in a professional and workmanlike manner. They do quality work at a great price. I highly recommend them.

Moser Construction just completed a renovated and expanded deck along with a roof over the deck. I've worked with contractors for decades on commercial buildings, and many of them could learn from the professionalism demonstrated by Mike Moser, his foreman John and every member of the crew. They are first-class tradesmen, courteous and easy to work with.

Mosser put a new porch on my home. They were very helpful. They helped me pick the perfect color and building materials. The gentlemen that did the work were very kind and kept me completely informed about the whole process. I would highly recommend getting work done from this company. Hopefully we will have them do a lot more work in our older home.

We were looking for a company to complete a trex deck rebuild and build a roof over half of the patio also. Out of about 8 estimates Moser gave us the best price (by more than 4K). We signed the contract and he was able to start within a month. His foreman and workers were dedicated to the project and worked hard everyday. They made sure to communicate whenever a decision needed to be made and always asked my opinion on different options. When they ran into an issue with my house siding and venting they even took care of it with no additional cost. My wife and I were very specific during the process and wanted everything to look just as we had picked out. The workers delivered to a T. They completed the job within a week and half and we could not be any happier with the communication, price, and quality of their work. We love our patio and roof so much!!! I would recommend them to anyone and experienced no issues at all with Moser.

Moser Construction built a deck for us on the back of our home in Dec. 2022, as well as new steps off one of our porches. The crew was very professional and efficient with their time. They communicated with us often to make sure they understood our wishes. They listened to what we wanted and made it happen. We were very pleased with their attention to detail. We would recommend them to anyone looking to have a deck built!

Mike and his crew did a wonderful job with tearing down an old back porch with a new one. He gave a very fair price and kept in constant contact. He definitely went above and beyond for us. His crew were very hard working, always showed up on time and were a pleasure to deal with. The original time estimate was a week and they finished in just 3 days and did a good job on cleaning up. Mike always communicated with me, before and during the project. He and his crew worked diligently, never taking anything except a lunch break, even working during a downpour rain. The work was completed (scary, I know) even before the schedule. The work was meticulous, including clean up. I would not hesitate to hire Mike and his crew for another project. This is an outstanding construction company in a time when it is hard to even get people to respond to your request for a bid.

Hiring again for exterior painting and then again soon for interior painting.

Although it was initially a dry wall repair project, this became a much bigger job with an exterior wall and roof repairs. Mike and his employees are thorough, pleasant and leave a clean job site. I would recommend them, most definitely.

We were very impressed with the Moser Construction Co. Mike Moser contacted us immediately and came out the very next day to give us a quote. He explained the scope of the work & his quote was very fair. He & his crew turned up on time, they were professional, courteous, and cleaned up. Mike even did a few extra things that were in an adjoining room that were not part of the original quote. Upon completion he asked us to inspect the work and said if there was anything we were not satisfied with he would fix it. We were delighted. We both felt that this was a trustworthy, honest company & we will definitely use Moser Construction again.

They were great. They got to my house, talked to me about what I wanted done. They did the work and cleaned up any mess they had made and then, surprisingly, charged me less than the estimate. Will hire them again when I need work done.

Mike Moser and his team knew instinctively what needed done, and they prepared our home to protect it from debris, and damage. They completed the project by matching our 1950's plaster finish coat perfectly. They are good people and respect your home. Do hire them if you need good work done quickly.
